A PERSONALISED APPROACH
We work on the basis of a personal approach, as soon as we receive a job vacancy. For example, we often visit the workplace to get a better picture of the company, the culture, the colleagues in the department and the work required in relation to the job offer. This gives us the opportunity to have a better idea of what is expected of the new colleague and what is offered in return.
In addition, we speak to all job applicants personally before introducing them to the employer. This provides us with a more personal impression of the applicant and a much broader picture than a CV. On this basis, we can better assess whether a job applicant fits the company and the vacancy. This personal approach enables us to select a candidate where a long-term culture and ambition match is the starting point, thus allowing us to prevent a rapid undesired outflow of posted candidates.
Thanks to our personal approach, we were able to build up a large network of companies and job seekers. 60% to 70% of our placements come from our own network.
DISCRETION
Discretion is obvious to us and part of our modus operandi. We consider a resume as a personal and confidential document. That means we do not send CVs without permission. Everyone can be assured that resumes will only be submitted to relevant recipients who were personally chosen by the candidate.
SHORT COMMUNICATION LINES
As an independent agency, we use short communication lines. We therefore work differently from large bureaucratic agencies. For questions, you can directly call or send an email to your contact.
HOW DO WE CONTACT JOB SEEKERS?
Most of the placements come directly from our wide network. That also fits well with our personal approach. In addition, we receive responses to vacancies that feature on our website (including open registrations). We also have access to multiple databases of CVs. Finally, a great number of jobseekers contact our agency through “word-of-mouth” advertising.
