Service Monteurs
Onze opdrachtgever is één van de marktleiders in het ontwikkelen, produceren en installeren van transportbaansystemen. Onze projecten zijn voor internationale en nationale klanten zoals Scania, Auping, Gazelle, Otolift, Nijhuis Toelevering B.V., en nog vele anderen.
Momenteel zijn wij op zoek naar service / mechanisch monteurs voor de installatie van onze interne transportbaansystemen voor verschillende projecten in binnen- en buitenland.
Als buitendienstmonteur word je betrokken bij de algehele montage, van start tot oplevering van de railsystemen. Een greep uit de werkzaamheden:
- Het opbouwen van de constructie en het monteren van profielen en bochten aan de hand van werktekeningen.
- Het installeren van de kettingbaan en trolleys.
- Afhankelijk van het project het installeren van draaischijven, hef- en/of dropsecties, zijdelingse transfer kettingen en afmontage units.
- Controle van pneumatische en elektronische componenten.
Als mechanisch monteur beiden wij je:
- Een uitstekend salaris.
- Flexibele werkuren.
- Wanneer je op een project in het buitenland werkzaam bent, werk je 2 – 3 weken aaneengesloten op locatie. We plannen je in conform de door jouw opgegeven beschikbaarheid.
- Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om overuren te werken gedurende een project.
- Naast je reguliere salaris krijg je overwerkuren en toeslagen uitbetaald voor elke dag die je werkt op locatie in het buitenland. Dit kan oplopen tot een verdubbeling van je maandsalaris, afhankelijk van de duur van het project.
- Railtechniek betaald alle gemaakte kosten op locatie; zoals bijvoorbeeld transport naar locatie, verblijf en consumpties.
- Indien gewenst bieden we ook huisvesting aan, in de buurt van onze hoofdvestiging in Tiel.
Wat zoeken wij in een nieuwe collega:
- Een afgeronde MBO opleiding richting Werktuigbouwkunde of Mechatronica of aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Je bent in het bezit van een MIG-MAG lasdiploma*.
- Je bent in het bezit van VCA basisveiligheid*.
- Je bent in het bezit van een heftruck/hoogwerker certificaat*.
- Je bent bereidt om in het buitenland te werken.
- Je kunt goed in teamverband werken.
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal (Beheersing van de Nederlandse, Duitse of Franse taal is een pre, maar geen must).
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
* of hebt de bereidheid tot het behalen hiervan.
Mechanic / Technician / Fitter
Our client is looking for Mechanics / Technicians / Fitters for the installation of our conveyors at project locations within the EU.
They are one of the market leaders in the development, manufacturing and installation of overhead and floor conveyor systems. 70% of our projects are for international customers, for example Scania, Audi, Cannondale, Gazelle and Palfinger, at various locations throughout Europe.
As a Mechanic / Technician / Fitter you are involved from the start until the completion of a project. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Installing conveyor parts and steel constructions at project locations within the EU;
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and procedures;
- Stay in contact with the project leader.
As a Mechanic / Technician / Fitter for Railtechniek you can benefit from:

- When you work on a project location abroad, you will be there for 2 – 3 weeks straight. You will be planned in according to your availability.
- Being able to work overtime during a project.
- Special conditions apply for working abroad (outside NL) like overtime hours and fees for each day. Therefore, for example you can earn up to twice as much as your monthly salary depending on the duration of the project.
- The company takes care of all the expenses on location; like transportation, your stay in a hotel and consumptions.
- When needed the company can also provide permanent accommodation nearby our office in Tiel, the Netherlands.
Job requirements:
- Practical work experience in a similar work environment.
- Ability to understand oral and written instructions of a technical nature.
- Ability to operate different hand and machine tools.
- Welding experience is a plus.
- Willing to work on project locations throughout the EU.
- A forklift- and SCC basic certificate are a nice to have, but not a must.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Effective English reading and communication skills
(Knowledge of Dutch, German or French is an advantage).
- A valid driving license is a plus.
