During this personal conversation, you will have the opportunity to explain and detail your CV orally, so that we can get a better picture of you. In addition, we can then provide you with more details about the vacancy (s) and the client (s).

Within three business days, at the latest, after the conversation, we will inform you of the outcome. In the meantime, we both can reflect on our conversation and whether we continue together. If we both have a good feeling about our cooperation, we can decide to which client (s) we will submit your resume.

The next step in the process is to send your resume to our contact, together with our evaluation and personal impression of you. While we wait for a response from your potential new employer, we regularly monitor progress with our contact. As soon as we have news, we will let you know.

Is the reaction positive? This usually means that you will have a first, and in the case of a positive review, a second talk with your potential new employer.
